Our Space
We have a meticulously renovated space in the heart of downtown Omaha. A double-height space, we can comfortably accommodate events of 30-40 persons. A few more if needed, no problem.
Our occupancy is rated for up to 49. But lets be honest, that’s gonna be a tight fit in here. Plan to stick to the 30-40 recommended to avoid any lines at the restroom.
Book for your needs. Anything from a few hours, all the way up to several days. Or anything in between. If you need a time-span that we haven’t thought of, just email us and ask. We’re flexible.
Our most popular options are either the 1/2 block, or Full Block of time.
Make your special event a very memorable occasion. We’re the foundation that you can build on to make an impression on your guests. Just add your favorite foods and beverage. Any special equipment will likely need to be brought in. But we make it easy with instant-access via a key-code that we’ll send to you.
We have upscale finishes and an open-feeling environment. Feel limitless with 17 foot ceilings in the front. On nice days, open up an entire wall to the outside with our glass overhead door. Or cozy up to the TV back in the lounge area. This whole space is just for you and your guests during your event.
Our place is the proverbial blank canvas. Just add the details you want to make it work for you. We have the facility to make your event the very best. Since you arrange food and drinks, the menu is limitless. No Special Designated License is required for alcohol at Private Events in Omaha.

We have a gigantic all glass overhead door that can be opened up. On nice days and evenings, feel free to let the fresh air in. Or if it’s a typical winter day, simply enjoy the view as you would through any large window. Choice is yours.
Located in Downtown Omaha, our spot features prime space inside a historic landmark building and amenities to help your event succeed. Enjoy our beautifully designed kitchen, lounge, and double height main space. We own the space, so there’s no worry about leases or an inattentive landlord.
Our Building is more than 100 years old. We completed a complete (to the bones) renovation in late 2018/early 2019. We are ADA compliant and sparkly fresh on the inside. Tasteful preservation and restoration of original architecture contrasts beautifully with the new.
