Photos of the new build
We gutted this place down to (and in some cases past) the studs. Moved the bathroom. And the kitchen. All new electrical, HVAC, over head door and store front, floors and walls. Yep, a major overhaul. Last renovated in the 1980’s, this space had zero charm, and even less thought put into preserving the historical aspects of the building. While it’s impossible to replace things like the Circassian Walnut walls or Art Deco sconces, we did expose portions of the original building.
